In January 2024, we were contacted with a request to create a special retirement flag to be presented to Officer Kindig and his retirement party. The request was for a 36 inch rustic wooden blue line flag with the Keokuk Police Dept patch over the stars, and to include Officer Kindig’s name, badge number, and dates of surface on the lower stripes. The flag was also to be encased in a rustic farmhouse frame .
